By doing data entry jobs you won’t be your own boss but you will be a self-employed.These are the strict guide lines many companies follow as default.So, just go through these.

1.The file name of the file that we are sending should be the same as we received from the company and also a case sensitive one.
2.Paper should be A4(which by double clicking on the margin you can find) and the orientation should be portrait.
3.constraints for margin should be as follows:
top :1.0
Bottom : 1.0
Left : 0.75
Right : 0.75
Gutter : 0.0
Header : 0.0
Footer : 0.0
Follow the above step strictly, because when you use conversion softwares this is the factor that tells the company.
4.There should be two spaces after each full stop even after the end of the paragraph.
5.Dont justify the text,text should be the same as in image file,ignore spelling mistakes if any,new page of image file should start from the new page of word file.Number of pages should be the same as in source file.
6.”Times new roman” should be the face and size should be the same as it appears in pdf file and don’t put font size in decimals also character scale should be 100% and position should be normal.
7.paragraph alignment should be the same for all the paragraphs in the complete file and dont change in the middle.Don’t press enter or space bar instead use tab button.
8.Don’t use different symbols other than that in the source file.It may be a technical error and if you cannot find the symbol that’s used in source file each particular comapny gives a character to replace such particular symbol.
