CFS Panel (cfspanel.co.uk or cfspanel.com) is a fairly new and unique survey site. According to their website they already have thousands of members in the UK and USA. They send fairly regular surveys (one every few days) and if you don't qualify for the first then you get sent through to the next one that is available.

They pay around 32p for a short 1 minute survey and up to around £2 for a longer 20 minute survey. Their website says up to £10 but I've never had one for that much.

Once you have £8 in your account or $12.50 in the USA you can cash out for a Paypal payment wjich is sent instantly. (usually within a minute or two) If you don't have Paypal then you can save up a little more for an Amazon voucher.
