Get paid to download free apps

If you have an iphone or ipad, Appbounty will pay you to download free apps.
When you go to their site (the link I've posted should take you straight there with 50 free points) on your ios device and sign up, they have a list of apps you can download (all are free) and it tells you how many points you get for each. You can then exchange your points for Amazon, Itunes or Xbox vouchers.
Once ordered they are pretty quick to email your vouchers out. Appbounty is the perfect way to pass the time while you're on the toilet :)
Appbounty is available in 15 different countries, including UK and US
Usually you just have to open the app once it's downloaded, and then go back to Appbounty and they credit your points automatically. I think they set up some sort of profile on your phone when you first register with them, and this tells them when you've downloaded an app. I'm not completely sure how it works, but it does work.
Occasionally you have to complete a tutorial or one level to qualify for the points, but if you do it tells you this before you download the app. Usually though you literally just have to start the app, leave it open for at least 30 seconds (just to make sure it registers) and then go back to Appbounty and refresh it, and the points will automatically show in your account.
I have this on my iphone. The only thing that annoys me a little bit about it is that it's not an actual app, you have to go to their website each time. However, if you save the icon to your home screen (you can do this by the button in the centre at the bottom of the screen when you're in Safari) then you can use it just like it is an app, it's just a bit slower because you're having to connect to the internet every time you load a new page.
Good site though, You can build up vouchers in no time and I've actually found a few useful apps through it. There are quite a few of these types of site in the US but for some reason Appbounty seems to be the only one of its kind in the UK.
Cheers sounds good. Yet another opportunity to increase my ever-growing Amazon gift card balance.
You're lucky if you get 10p per app in most cases. And half the time it doesn't credit you with the points. Not really worth your time.
I don't know why this has got such a low rating from people, I find it quite good and have had about £20 in Amazon vouchers from them
Do you have to use the app once you've downloaded it or can you just delete it straight away? How does Appbounty know you've downloaded the app in order to allocate you the points?
