How it works
GOG is giving away A New Beginning: Final Cut, a story-driven point-and-click adventure about a scientist, a visitor from the future and an approaching climate disaster. The product page currently says Now on giveaway and links to the claim offer, with the promotion ending on 2 November at 2pm UK time. This is the full game to keep in your account, not a timed free-play weekend. It carries a PEGI 12 rating.
Follow Go to giveaway and sign into your own GOG account to claim before the displayed countdown expires, checking that the claim is free. GOG provides DRM-free downloads and using its Galaxy launcher is optional. This is an older game: the page lists Windows and Mac OS X, 5GB storage and legacy system requirements, so check compatibility with your current computer rather than assuming every modern Mac will run it. Paid products promoted elsewhere on the store are separate, and you do not need to purchase another game to obtain this giveaway.
