How it works
Bermondsey Square Hotel in London is hosting a free Santa’s grotto on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 December, between midday and 4pm. Families can book a ten-minute visit, with a chat with Santa, a gift for each child and the opportunity to take their own photographs. The event is aimed at children aged two to eleven and takes place in the hotel’s ground-floor reception area.
Book in advance through Eventbrite while time slots remain. Only one family is admitted per slot, with a maximum of two adults and four children, and the organiser asks you to book just one slot per family. Give the number of attending children when booking so gifts can be prepared, and arrive five minutes early with your ticket. Children must stay with a parent or guardian. If plans change, cancel the booking so another family can use it; late arrivals may lose their slot.
