How it works
UNIQLO is offering free repairs on its knitwear on 17 and 18 October to mark International Repair Day. The service covers eligible work worth up to £20, including small holes, loose threads, seams and removing pilling. If a favourite UNIQLO jumper or cardigan needs a little attention, this could give it another season of use without the usual repair charge.
Take the garment to a participating RE.UNIQLO Studio, rather than assuming every UNIQLO shop provides the service. The UK list includes Regent Street, Oxford Street, Covent Garden and Coal Drops Yard in London, plus Bristol, Edinburgh, Liverpool and Glasgow. The promotion is for UNIQLO knitwear, and staff will need to assess what can be repaired within the offer. Check the event terms and your chosen studio before travelling, particularly for substantial damage or work that could exceed the £20 allowance.

Fantastic sustainable initiative from UNIQLO. Got a small elbow tear on my merino jumper that this will sort out for free.
