How it works
New users who download the Worcestershire on Demand app between 24 October and 1 November receive ten free rides, according to the county council. Credits are added automatically to the account and the council says they can be used at any time. The service carries residents and visitors around its designated Worcestershire zones; it is not a ticket for every ordinary local bus or unlimited county-wide travel.
Register in the official app, check the zone map and make sure the credits appear before booking. Journeys must fit the service’s permitted area and destinations, and you cannot travel between different zones. Vehicles use designated pick-up points rather than guaranteed door-to-door collection. Normal operating hours are Monday–Saturday, 7am–7pm, excluding bank holidays. Booking up to five days ahead is possible, but seats and preferred times are not guaranteed, so arrange the return trip too. The 1 November deadline is for joining the promotion, not a claim that all ten rides must be used that day.
