How it works

Scientific Calculator Scalar by INFIMA is currently being offered free on Google Play, with a 100%-off promotion shown on the store and an Install option on the UK listing. It combines a scientific calculator with function graphs, user-defined functions and a mathematical scripting environment. It may be useful for someone who wants more flexibility than a basic phone calculator.

Check that your own Google Play account shows a free install before confirming; region and device compatibility can affect what is available. Use the linked org.mathparser.scalar.pro listing, not a similarly named app. Google lists the promotion through 31 October, but the displayed end time can vary by timezone. Review the permissions and data-safety section before installation. This is an Android app, not an iPhone download or an exam-approved physical calculator, and its results should be checked for important work.
