Create a free tutor advert for subjects you can genuinely teach, with online or in-person lessons and no promised bookings.

How it works
Superprof lets UK adults advertise tutoring in academic subjects, languages, music and other skills they can genuinely teach. A basic tutor advert is free, and you choose your rate, availability and whether to teach online or in person. It is not employment or a promise of students. New tutors must offer a free introductory session of at least 30 minutes until they meet the platform’s exemption criteria, so budget for unpaid introductions and preparation.
Read the payment help rather than assuming “no commission” covers every option: online lesson payments carry a 10% fee unless you hold the optional paid Premium pass. UK platform payouts use PayPal, with withdrawal thresholds and processing times; private payment arrangements are also permitted by the terms but require clear agreement and carry collection risk. Students separately pay a recurring £39 monthly contact pass, not money paid to you for tuition. Make that distinction clear to avoid misunderstandings. Start with a free advert, avoid buying visibility on the assumption it guarantees leads, and arrange proper safeguarding when teaching children.
