How it works
Twenix recruits freelance English tutors for online conversation lessons with adult professionals, mainly in Spain and Italy. It supplies lesson materials and says a teaching certificate is not essential, although good communication and the ability to guide learners matter. Its current recruitment page gives a UK example of €12–€15 per teaching hour, with your actual rate confirmed during selection. These are euros, not pounds, and available teaching time is not the same as paid bookings. Applications involve recorded video tasks and onboarding; acceptance is not automatic.
You need a computer, webcam, microphone or headset and stable internet above 5Mbps. The support centre asks for at least 20 classes in any three-month period, so this is not an entirely commitment-free task app. Payments cover the calendar month and are normally made on the 2nd–5th of the next month after invoice confirmation and a payment request, using Wise or Payoneer. Account for conversion fees, tax and unpaid application or admin time. Recruitment is strongest February–May and September–November, and unsuccessful applicants may not receive a reply.
