How it works
Userlytics recruits people to give feedback on websites, apps and prototypes from home. Rather than simply filling in a questionnaire, you follow a set of tasks and talk through what feels clear, frustrating or difficult to find. Studies can run on a computer or mobile device, and some also require a webcam. The reward is shown before you begin, which is more useful than assuming every test has the same rate or duration.
Sign up through the official tester page, complete the practice test and keep your profile accurate for matching and screening. UK participants are supported through PayPal, and the current terms specify euro payments for UK testers. Completed work needs approval; the FAQ describes a 15-day payment cycle, while the terms allow up to 30 days after completion. Invitations are limited and not guaranteed. Review the privacy terms carefully, as screen, voice and sometimes webcam recordings may also be used as samples or marketing material.
