Amazon’s limited-time price is for the folding hand saw, with a locking blade and age-verification requirements.

How it works

The WORKPRO 180mm folding pruning saw is currently £5.69 on Amazon, sold and dispatched by Amazon. It is a compact hand tool for suitable garden pruning tasks, with a folding blade, locking mechanism and soft-grip handle. The price is marked as a limited-time deal. Check the exact B092ZHHDTZ listing and dimensions rather than assuming every WORKPRO saw variant is included.

This is an age-restricted bladed tool: Amazon requires buyers to be at least 18 and says online verification and photographic ID at delivery may be necessary. The listing advertises free delivery on a first eligible UK order; otherwise factor in the postage shown for your account before deciding whether the £5.69 item price is worthwhile. No firm promotion deadline was independently confirmed. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions, secure the work and use appropriate protection; keep hands away from the cutting path and store the closed tool safely away from children.

Does the blade lock in both the open and closed positions on this WORKPRO saw? Had a cheap folding saw once that tried to close on my fingers

£5.69 looks cheap until you realise you need £35 in your basket for free Amazon delivery if you dont have Prime, otherwise postage is £4.99

GeorgeOfTheJungle

Yeah it has a proper spring-loaded safety lock button that clicks into place both when folded shut and when fully open, wont fold accidentally.

Good to hear, safety lock in both positions is essential on a pruning saw. Ordered one for the allotment

Triple-ground teeth on this WORKPRO saw zip through 3-inch apple tree branches in seconds, solid bit of kit for under £6.

MumOnStilts

Bought this WORKPRO saw for chopping down thick brambles at the back of the garden and it cuts on the pull stroke effortlessly.
